मराठा चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स इंडस्ट्रीज ॲन्ड ॲग्रीकल्चर (एमसीसीआयए) तर्फे पुण्यात हॉटेल जे.डब्ल्यू.मॅरिएट येथे नुकतेच पुणे इंटरनॅशनल समिटचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते.या दोन दिवसीय परिषदेत विविध उद्योग क्षेत्रातील नेतृत्व व व्यावसायिक सहभागी झाले होते.या परिषदेबरोबरच एका प्रदर्शनाचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते.त्यात अदर पुनावाला क्लीन सिटी इनिशिएटिव्ह (एपीसीसीआय) ने एका विशेष पॅव्हेलियन द्वारे आपल्या उपक्रमांची माहिती प्रदर्शित केली. या ठिकाणी भेट देणाऱ्या विविध व्यावसायिकांशी कचरा व्यवस्थापन आणि शाश्वतता याबाबत एपीसीसीआयच्या प्रतिनिधींनी संवाद साधला. झपाट्याने विकसित होणाऱ्या भारताच्या अर्थव्यवस्थेमुळे वस्तूंचा वापर लक्षणीयरित्या वाढत आहे.म्हणूनच याला अनन्यसाधारण महत्त्व प्राप्त झाले असून जागरूकता वाढणे गरजेचे आहे.या दृष्टीने उद्योगातील नेतृत्व आणि व्यावसायिकांमध्ये याची जागरूकता वाढविण्यासाठी एपीसीसीआय पॅव्हेलियन द्वारे माहिती देण्यात आली. भेट देणाऱ्या विविध लोकांनी शाश्वततेबाबत त्यांचा दृष्टीकोन मांडला.एपीसीसीआयच्या कार्याचे त्यांनी आवर्जून कौतुक केले.
