Adar Poonawalla Clean City Initiative ( APCCI ) recently felicitated various NGOs , organizations and volunteers for their participation in the mega initiative  ‘Don Taas Ek Swachh Pune Prayas’ organised to celebrate Independence Day. The initiative involved cleaning drives at over 100 places in the city , awareness and plantation drives .    Volunteering is a noble act of giving back to the community. People from diverse backgrounds come together for a common cause. It is this team spirit that strengthens the bond with the community and engages people in societal causes . He gave a presentation on the various activities of APCCI to the expert gathering . The award reflects best strategies and practices adopted by various organisations to face challenges of the current scenario.
